Description
This intensive Shaolin program will boost your regular endurance, strength, & stamina into explosive endurance, strength & stamina. It will help you become mindful, alert & active and develop awareness along with a sixth sense.

This program helps you develop a high level of energy that you will sustain through the day. It will cultivate your spirit by connecting you with your internal heart and simultaneously build your physical self.  The meditative movements help you find your center while testing your physical & mental limits, leading you to ultimately find a place of stillness within.

This course is suitable for intermediate and advanced students.
