Ba Duan Jin (The 8 silken movements of the meridians of the body)
Zhan Zhuang Meditation (Standing like a tree method)
Yi Jin Jing (Muscle Tendon Change Classic Method)
Wall Gazing Meditation (Advanced Bodhidharma Method)
Other Qi Gong Breathing Techniques.

Duration
1 day a week for 1 ½ hour.
